The role focuses on systems, relationships, resources, and opportunities linking students with experts and industry leaders.

Responsibilities include recruiting mentors, developing new initiatives, establishing evaluation metrics, reporting, managing budgets, and pursuing external funding.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; three years of related work experience or equivalent combination
• Directly related professional experience in program area
• Administers an academic, research, clinical or administrative program
• Plans and schedules program services
• Manages program operations, budgets, and outreach
• Contributes to program content, policies, and strategy

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting and managing mentors, alumni, investors, and industry advisors
• Developing initiatives like Entrepreneur-in-Residence programs and advisory networks
• Establishing mentorship evaluation frameworks and metrics
• Producing executive-level reports and strategic assessments
• Managing program budgets and identifying external funding opportunities
• Developing grant proposals and sponsorship opportunities
• Supervising student workers and volunteers
• Collaborating with Marshall leadership, development, and alumni relations
• Expanding experiential learning through mentorships, internships, and networking
