Job summary

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Wisconsin is hiring a Program Specialist in Wisconsin. This role focuses on enrolling volunteers (Bigs) and youth (Littles), ensuring matches are made and supported per program standards.

The position requires managing enrollment processes, conducting safety education, and maintaining accurate records while providing proactive match support. A driver’s license and travel within the community are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social services, family studies or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience with both child and adult populations; enrollment, intake or interview experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable community travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Conduct volunteer enrollments, orientations, interviews and enrollment processing.
• Conduct youth enrollments with parent/child interviews and safety education.
• Ensure program matches and provide match support per BBBS standards.
• Maintain accurate records and utilize data to report and analyze outcomes.
• Develop and implement group match activities and other duties as assigned.
