Zymo Research is seeking a dynamic RNA Analysis NGS team member to execute experiments and compile data. You will be mentored by a senior teammate and contribute to research project objectives in a highly collaborative setting.

A strong interest in RNA biology and hands-on RNA-seq experience are essential. Responsibilities include performing RNA-seq library construction, analyzing sequencing data, and communicating findings to the group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology or related field (Master's a plus).
• 2+ years in an academic or industry lab.

Responsibilities

• Perform and optimize RNA-seq library construction workflows.
• Analyze and interpret NGS sequencing data.
• Independently review literature and plan experiments.
• Communicate results with the rest of the team.
