Job summary

CityScape Metro Group in Reston, VA is seeking motivated licensed agents to build a real estate career. You will receive coaching, access to a large lead database, and support from an in-house transaction team as you develop into a top performer.

Newly licensed or seeking stronger training are encouraged to apply. A $175,000 first-year guarantee is available for qualifying full-time agents after training, with terms explained on eligibility and commission structure.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia real estate license required.
• Commitment to pursuing real estate full-time, with availability to begin ideally within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective buyers and sellers through consistent prospecting, outreach, and follow-up.
• Participate in one-on-one coaching with John Murdock, sales practice, and systems training.
• Apply feedback to strengthen your sales skills, client service, and productivity.
• Conduct buyer and seller consultations, property showings, and client appointments.
• Maintain accurate lead records, communication notes, and next steps in our CRM.
• Guide clients through offers, negotiations, and transactions with team support.
• Work with our in-house contract and transaction coordination team to keep documents and closings moving.
• Set production and activity goals, review progress, and follow through on commitments.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, colleagues, and transaction partners.
