Job summary

Alpaca Health is hiring in-person RBTs to work one-on-one with children with autism in homes, schools, and community settings. You will follow individualized plans from a BCBA, implement behavior strategies, collect data, and build trusting relationships daily.

We welcome certified RBTs or motivated individuals aiming to earn certification, with opportunities for full-time or part-time work and pathways toward BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or plan to obtain one.
• Reliable, dependable and able to show up consistently.
• Path toward BCBA if you want it.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel to client homes or schools.
• Must be 18+ and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism in homes, classrooms, and communities.
• Follow a personalized plan from a BCBA and implement behavior strategies.
• Collect data and build consistent relationships to support child growth.
