Job summary

MMA & Sports Rehab in Arlington, VA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics clinic. You will work closely with our founder and receive direct mentorship in FDM and advanced manual therapy techniques.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active Virginia physical therapy licensure or eligibility.
• Interest in advanced hands-on manual assessment and spine care.
• Dry Needling or manual therapy certification/experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse orthopedic caseload in outpatient setting.
• Deliver 1-on-1 manual therapy and tailored therapeutic exercise.
• Maintain sustainable schedule with target of 11 visits per day; bonuses for >11.
• Coordinate care with clinical team to transition patients to Bridge program.
• Master advanced manual therapy techniques under mentorship.
