Qualifications

• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Must be able to collaborate with other patient care team members.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose movement dysfunction and develop a treatment plan.
• Maintain patient records and documents goals and progress.

Education

BS, MS, or DPT in Physical Therapy
