7-Eleven Inc. in Irving, TX is offering a paid Restaurant Operations Intern program for Summer 2027.

You'll rotate through store operations, interact with Store Leaders and Ops teams, and complete a capstone project demonstrating how to boost sales and gross profit. You will spend time in orientation, in-store experience, virtual training, shadowing Regional Restaurant Leader, and presenting learnings to functional leaders; you must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s and be ready to contribute

Competenze

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Masters degree and graduating December 2027 or May 2028.
• Strong interest in working in restaurant/retail convenience industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of retail and management principles.
• Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and focus on details.
• Hospitality/food service, retail, and management principles.

Mansioni

• Experience an orientation designed to introduce you to 7-Eleven history, culture, strategy, and structure at Store Support Center in Irving, TX.
• Complete a 2–3 week in-store experience to learn about policies and procedures.
• Attend 1 week of virtual classroom training for Regional Restaurant Leader role and principles.
• Shadow a Regional Restaurant Leader to learn how to support operators and increase sales.
• Complete a project assignment focusing on building sales and gross profit through operating principles.
• Present a case study on key learnings from the project.
