The mentor will serve as the client’s primary source of support, leading aspects of client care including daily communication, observation, and reporting. Clients spend extensive face‑to‑face time with their mentor, who provides in‑depth and timely updates to the case manager.

Responsibilities
  • Face‑to‑face weekly sessions with the client.
  • Assist in medication counts.
  • Provide life‑skills support (resume building, scheduling, budgeting, organizing, goal setting, job support, accountability, etc.).
  • Engage in recovery‑related activities (exercise, meditation, grocery shopping, 12‑step meetings, community development, etc.).
  • Provide phone support for the client.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the case manager.
  • Document all sessions, interactions, and noteworthy events in a timely manner.

MUST have a valid driver’s license and be willing to transport clients if/when needed.

This is a W‑2 position with on‑call/as‑needed availability. Hours may fluctuate based on client demand, coverage needs, or seasonal changes. The position is part‑time; staff are advised to maintain other gainful employment as needed.
