Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 2+ years of experience successfully managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead mentor recruitment strategy and partnerships with schools and organizations.
• Oversee mentor selection and matching process via interviews and surveys.
• Coordinate mentoring sessions on Saturdays and serve as on-site lead.
• Maintain scholar and volunteer records in Salesforce and Together Platform.
• Audit compliance with laws regarding working with minors.
