Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead mentor recruitment strategy and partnerships.
• Oversee mentor selection, matching, and orientation.
• Coordinate Saturday mentoring sessions and serve as on-site lead.
• Manage communications with mentors and scholars; log feedback and safety notes.
