Responsibilities

• Lead and implement SEO Scholars programming on Saturdays, after school, and in summer for ~80 Scholars.
• Create and deliver effective lesson plans aligned to goals.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive community and college-going culture.
• Provide 1:1 or small group academic advising to Scholars and engage with families.
• Set high expectations and uphold program policies and behavioral standards.
