Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Florida Driver's License within 30 days of hire.
• Daily access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Two years of related work experience.
• One year of experience working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to recruit, engage, and support volunteers.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, community organizations, and partners.
• Recruit, screen, onboard, train, and support volunteers.
• Match volunteers with meaningful opportunities.
• Coordinate volunteer activities, projects, and events.
• Track volunteer participation, hours, and outcomes.
• Create training materials and newsletters.
• Communicate with school staff, partners, and CHS team.
