Job summary

10-4 Logistics is seeking CDL-A graduates to join our Eastern regional dry van fleet. You’ll start with a mentor, receive paid orientation, and earn $850 weekly during training. After you go solo, expected earnings rise to $1,600–$1,800+ per week with home time options.

The program includes no-touch freight, ongoing dispatch support, company-paid tolls and fuel, and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction.
• Satisfactory driving record and ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete paid orientation and mentor-led training.
• Train with a mentor until approved for solo driving.
• Drive Eastern regional dry van with no-touch freight.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time.
• Company-paid tolls and fuel program.
• Dispatch support around the clock.
