Job summary

The Baldwin Group seeks a Placement Specialist to assist the Placement Executive with marketing accounts, maintain relationships with insurance company partners, and track market insights and trends. This role also provides training, coaching, and mentoring to the Placement Coordinator and colleagues across the Marketing Analyst Team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred and/or 4+ years work related experience.
• Active insurance license required; maintain licenses as required by state DOI.

Responsibilities

• Market all assigned accounts.
• Assist in auditing and compliance of marketing information.
• Mentor Marketing Analyst Team and participate in peer reviews.
• Coordinate service delivery on accounts and develop placement/renewal strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with insurance company partners and know carrier requirements.
• Generate periodic reports for distribution.
• Identify opportunities to improve firm, business segments and processes.
• Report issues to leadership and assist with special projects.
