Responsibilities

• Provide support to mentors and coordinate mentor-student matches.
• Foster a positive mentor community through engagement activities and recognition.
• Conduct regular check-ins with students, families, and schools.
• Lead mentor recruitment efforts and participate in interviews.
• Represent the program at events and build partnerships with campus groups.
• Plan mentor activities, social events, and professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate donation requests and distribute resources.
• Collect feedback through reflections, surveys, and reports.
