• Bachelor's degree in nursing, education, or a social/behavioral or rehabilitative science.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured therapeutic activities to improve well-being and engagement.
• Conduct patient intake and assess individual needs.
• Perform follow-up and maintain patient contact through unit visits.
• Interview, counsel, and evaluate patients for therapy needs.
• Consult with other professionals on recovery programs.
• Prepare reports on patient progress and reactions to activities.
• Evaluate rehabilitation programs and suggest adjustments.
• Determine needs to assist independence in daily living and employment.
• Perform related duties as required.
