Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an allied health or rehabilitative sciences is preferred.
• Professional experience can substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide Illness Management and Recovery services to promote psychiatric rehabilitation.
• Deliver direct resident services including Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Treatment and Enrichment.
• Document progress and resident reactions in progress notes as per facility procedures.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify resident service needs.
• Coordinate program evaluations and contribute to performance improvement.
• Maintain current training, provide supervision and mentorship to trainees and interns.
• Perform other related work as required.
