Prisma Recovery Center is a Mental Health Residential Facility seeking a motivated Mental Health Technician to implement treatment plans and support patient behavior in a positive manner. The role requires rapid, accurate, and independent work to maintain a productive learning environment for students.

Shifts include day and night hours; must pass Level II background checks and work in person at our Florida location. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits accompany full-time employment.

Formación

• Experience in supporting mental health behavioral plans.
• Ability to observe and document patient behavior accurately.
• Strong data gathering and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Gather data on a variety of patients and write reports.
• Ensure that the program schedule flow is consistent.
• Ensure safe environments are maintained for patients.
• Monitor patients' behavior and provide support as needed.
• Aid in the development of group activities for patients.
