Job summary

NYS Office for People With Developmental Disabilities is seeking a QM Systems Coordinator to ensure high-quality services. The role involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data on programmatic services, producing management reports, and recommending improvements.

You will develop QM data collection tools and work 50% of the time in Brooklyn and 50% in Staten Island. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree with two years of program evaluation experience; master’s degree can substitute for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with two years of professional program evaluation experience in human services.
• Master's degree can substitute for one year of experience.
• Experience designing and using data collection instruments and reporting.
• Familiarity with accreditation and regulatory requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze data to ensure quality of services across Brooklyn and Staten Island DDSOs.
• Produce and evaluate management statistical reports; recommend improvements.
• Develop and modify QM data collection systems and instruments.
• Coordinate incident data entry, tracking, and quarterly reviews.
• Monitor and ensure completion of corrective actions within 60 days.
• Travel up to 50% to Brooklyn and Staten Island locations.
