Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Mental Health Unit Manager at McRae Womens Facility in McRae-Helena, Georgia. The MHUM will plan, implement, direct, and monitor psychiatric services for inmates and supervise treatment staff.

Responsibilities include evaluating and planning treatments, delivering therapy, and managing daily administrative operations of the unit, ensuring compliance with policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Active Mental Health Professional license preferred; Registered Interns eligible.
• Must pass background and obtain security clearance where applicable.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of mental health services to the Georgia Department of Corrections.We are currently seeking a full-time Mental Health Unit Manager to join our team at McRae Womens Facility located in McRae-Helena, Georgia.The Mental Health Unit Manager (MHUM) is responsible for planning, implementing, directing, and monitoring services and programs for inmates/patients assigned to the Mental Health Unit at a state prison.
