Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to deliver remote therapy to adults (18+) using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and more.

Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly with 8–24 hours available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST. Expect ~85% direct client care and regular manager check-ins, with fast EMR documentation within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in Florida (LCSW/LMFT/LMHC/PhD or PsyD).
• Willing to become licensed in other states; the company covers the cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months teletherapy experience, use of clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week with 8–24 total hours of weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. EST).
• Approximately 85% of time on direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
• Participate in weekly check-ins with a manager and use data to adjust treatment.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Complete and lock documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.

Job description

• Compensation: Earn a clinical session rate of $61/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $18.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding) as a Miami resident. For residents outside of Miami, FL clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
