Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking independently licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults 18+. You’ll use CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI, maintaining a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability, Monday through Friday, EST hours. Documentation must be completed within 48 hours of contact.

You’ll join a collaborative team with teletherapy and professional growth supports, including a wellness stipend, CE credits, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Independently Licensed in Michigan as LMSW-Clinical, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Willing to become licensed in other states; we cover costs
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults; 6+ months teletherapy; proficiency with PHQ-9 and EHRs

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST)
• Complete documentation/EMR entries within 48 hours of client contact
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients when appropriate
• Attend weekly manager check-ins (1 hour during first 6 weeks, then 30 minutes monthly)

• Compensation: Michigan residents earn a clinical session rate of $58.50/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $17.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding). For out-of-state residents, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Michigan as a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical (LMSW (Clinical designation)), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
