Two Chairs is a leading mental health care provider offering remote therapy with physician-level coordination and AI-assisted documentation. We are looking for independently licensed clinicians who can deliver evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), maintain a 7–20 session caseload per week, and be available 8–24 hours per week, Monday–Friday.

Qualificações

• Licensed in Florida as LCSW/LMFT/LMHC or Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) and willing to license in other states.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
• 6+ months teletherapy experience and proficiency with PHQ-9 or similar tools.
• Comfort with EMR documentation and data-driven treatment.

• Compensation: Earn a clinical session rate of $61/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $18.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding) as a Miami resident. For residents outside of Miami, FL clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Florida as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
