Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+). You’ll deliver modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, and MBCT, while managing a caseload of 7–20 sessions weekly and 8–24 hours of availability Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

MST. Colorado licensure required (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PhD/PsyD); further state licensing supported. EMR workflow and AI-assisted documentation help optimize care.

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Colorado (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/PhD/PsyD) in good standing.
• Willing to become licensed in other states; employer covers costs.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with adults; 6+ months teletherapy; proficient with PHQ-9; comfortable with EHR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote therapy to adults (18+), using CBT, DBT, ACT, and other modalities.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours availability Mon–Fri, 8:00–21:00 MST.
• Complete all documentation and EMR entries within 48 hours of contact.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and refer clients as appropriate.
• Attend weekly check-ins with a manager.

• Compensation: Earn a clinical session rate of $61/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $18.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding) as a Denver resident. For residents outside of Denver, CO clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Colorado as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. MST.
• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
