Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to deliver remote, evidence-based therapy for adults (18+). You will use modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT and more, with a case load of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability, Monday through Friday in EST hours.

Documentation must be completed in EMR within 48 hours of contact. Requires Michigan LMSW/LMFT/LPC or licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD); willing to become licensed in other states; teletherapy experience preferred.

• Licensed clinicians in Michigan with LMSW/LMFT/LPC or psychologist license (PhD/PsyD).
• Willingness to become licensed in other states (cost covered).
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+) and 6+ months teletherapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours available Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST.
• Conduct ongoing assessments and complete documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Michigan as a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical (LMSW (Clinical designation)), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
  • Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
  • Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
  • Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
