Two Chairs is hiring remote therapists to deliver evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+). You will practice CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities, with a flexible schedule and a focus on accessible care.

You’ll work mainly with 7–20 sessions per week, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. EST, about 85% direct client care, with EMR documentation within 48 hours. This role includes AI-assisted documentation, wellness stipends, and comprehensive W-2 benefits.

• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults.
• Teletherapy experience and PHQ-9 familiarity; comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

About You

• Independently Licensed in South Carolina as a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
  • Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.
  • Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
  • Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
