Two Chairs is seeking licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+) using CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, and MI. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of weekly availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.

MST, focusing primarily on direct client care. Arizona residents earn $58.50/hour with additional admin rates; out-of-state residents may earn $58.50–$85.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Arizona LCSW/LMFT/ LPC/PhD/PsyD licensed or eligible
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults 18+, 6+ months teletherapy
• Proficient with PHQ-9 or similar assessments, and EHR systems

About You

• Independently Licensed in Arizona as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
  • Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. MST.
  • Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
  • Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
