Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote therapy for adults 18+. You will practice evidence-based modalities and manage a balanced caseload while leveraging AI documentation and EMR tools. A strong emphasis is placed on timely documentation and collaborative care.

• Willing to become licensed in other states; cost covered.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months teletherapy experience, proficiency with PHQ-9, and comfort with EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+), using CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. PST availability.
• Spend ~85% of time on direct client care, including sessions and assessments.
• Document and finalize notes in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer when appropriate.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).
• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.
• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
• Schedule & Caseload:
  • Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST.
  • Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.
  • Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.
• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
