Job summary

Two Chairs is hiring licensed clinicians to provide remote, evidence-based therapy for adults 18+. You will manage a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week, with 8–24 hours weekly availability, predominantly focused on direct client care.

You’ll use CBT, DBT, ACT and other modalities, while documenting promptly in our EMR system and collaborating with other providers. W-2 employment includes benefits like wellness stipends, CE credits, malpractice coverage, and a 401(k).

• Compensation: Earn a clinical session rate of $85/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $25.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding).

About You

• Independently Licensed in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD).


• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.


• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.


• Schedule & Caseload:


• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. PST.


• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.


• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.


• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.


• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.


• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
