Job summary

Two Chairs is seeking independently licensed clinicians to deliver remote therapy to adults (18+). You’ll use modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, IPT, EFT, and MI, and maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week with 8–24 hours of availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. CST.

Texas licensure (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LP) is required, with support to become licensed in other states. Expect data-driven care and EMR documentation within 48 hours.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Texas as LCSW/LMFT/LPC or LP.
• Willing to obtain licenses in other states; cost covered by the company.
• 2+ years of adult clinical experience, 6+ months teletherapy, PHQ-9 proficiency; comfort with EMR.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adults (18+).
• Maintain a caseload of 7–20 sessions per week and 8–24 hours of weekly availability.
• Direct and indirect care with ongoing assessments and data-driven adjustments.
• Attend weekly manager check-ins and complete documentation within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and refer when appropriate.

Job description

• Compensation: Earn a clinical session rate of $61/hour (which covers attended sessions, mandatory trainings, and monthly all hands) and an administrative rate of $18.50/hour (which covers documentation, no shows/late cancels, meetings, onboarding) as a Austin, Dallas, and Houston, TX resident. For residents outside of Austin, Dallas, or Houston, TX, clinical rates range from $58.50 to $85.00/hour based on location.

About You

• Independently Licensed in Texas as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (LP).


• Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We'll cover the entire cost.


• 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), 6+ months of teletherapy experience, proficiency with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9), and comfort with EHR systems.

About the Role

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.


• Schedule & Caseload:


• Maintain a client caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, with a commitment of 8-24 total hours of weekly availability Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. CST.


• Approximately 85% of total time will be dedicated to direct client care, including ongoing therapy sessions and new client assessments.


• Available for manager check-ins (1 hour/week during your first 6 weeks, followed by 30 minutes/month.


• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress.


• Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.


• All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact.
