Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Healthcare System is seeking an Outpatient Therapist to deliver behavioral health services for children, teens and adults across Arkansas, in clinic, school, or home settings. You will develop treatment goals and apply evidence-based modalities while aligning with UHS mission.

Requirements include a Master’s in Human Services, current LPC/LCSW licensure, and at least two years of psychiatric treatment experience across individual, group, and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services field (Social Work preferred).
• Current LPC/LCSW licensure required.
• Minimum two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred; experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for targeted client populations.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective care in line with mission, vision and regulations.
• Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and Arkansas laws governing services to children, adolescents and adults.
