Universal Health Services—Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient—seeks a licensed behavioral health therapist to deliver individual, group, and family therapy to children, teens and adults across clinic, school, or home settings in Arkansas. The role requires developing targeted treatment goals and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care in line with regulations and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field from an accredited university.
• Current licensure as LPC or LCSW.
• Two years psychiatric treatment experience preferred with individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas regulations governing services for children, adolescents and adults.
• Basic knowledge of education, psychological and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for targeted client populations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare in line with mission, vision and regulatory requirements.
