The role includes developing treatment goals and applying evidence-based modalities in various settings, including school and home visits when needed. Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field from an accredited university.
• Current licensure (LPC or LCSW).
• Minimum two years psychiatric treatment experience; includes individual, group and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas regulations governing services to children, adolescents and adults.
• Basic knowledge of educational, psychological and social service systems related to special education and behavior treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develop treatment goals for targeted client populations.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality, cost‑effective health care in line with UHS mission and regulations.
• Provide services in clinic, school, or home settings as needed.
