Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist is a licensed behavioral health professional providing therapy to children, teens, and adults across clinic, school, or home settings in Arkansas. You will develop precise treatment goals and deliver high‑quality care aligned with regulatory standards and the mission of Universal Health Services.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's in a Human Services field and current licensure (LAC/LPC/LMFT/LCSW) with at least two years of psychiatric treatment experience,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work.
• Current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW) preferred.
• Minimum two years psychiatric treatment experience; experience in individual, group, and family therapy.
• Knowledge of Arkansas laws and regulatory requirements for children, adolescents and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health therapy to children, teens and adults in clinic, school or home settings.
• Develop and implement targeted treatment goals to ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective care.
