Job summary

Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient Therapist at Universal Health Services delivers behavioral health services to children, teens and adults in Arkansas, with therapy offered in clinic, school, or home settings, aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

The role requires a Master’s in a Human Services field, current licensure (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.), and a minimum of two years of psychiatric treatment experience including individual, group, and family therapy.

Qualifications

• Masters in a Human Services field, preferably Social Work, from an accredited university.
• Current licensure. (LAC, LPC, LMFT, LPE-I, PLMSW, LMSW, or LCSW)
• A minimum of two years psychiatric treatment experience is preferred along with experience in individual, group, and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health modalities and develops specific treatment goals for targeted client populations.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements.
