New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to deliver outpatient individual and family therapy in a collaborative team setting. You will build crisis and wellness plans, work with diverse clients, and engage in multidisciplinary care to improve community mental health.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulations may be required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Strong ethics and maintaining client confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans and insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and staff.
