Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is hiring licensed therapists to provide outpatient mental health services. You will conduct assessments, deliver individual and family therapy, and develop crisis and safety plans with a supportive clinical team.

The role emphasizes professional development, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and maintaining confidentiality while delivering high-quality care in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development including supervision and continuing education.
• Eagerness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care.
• Strong commitment to ethics and maintaining confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians and staff to provide holistic care.
