New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed therapists to empower clients in behavioral health across our network. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary clinical and administrative team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Provisional license may be required by state regulations.
• Active commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Strong ethical standards and confidentiality are essential.

Responsabilités

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client’s needs.
• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field
