Job summary

New Directions Mental Health in Philadelphia is seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team within Transformations Care Network. As a Therapist, you will provide culturally sensitive, evidence-based outpatient services and contribute to a multidisciplinary care approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license may be required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
