Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, is seeking Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team dedicated to growth and licensure support.

As a Therapist you will conduct culturally sensitive assessments, provide outpatient individual and family therapy, develop crisis and wellness plans, participate in case consultations and discharge planning, and ensure timely documentation and billing.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
