Job summary

New Directions Mental Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our team in Pennsylvania. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, guided by a collaborative clinical team to support client growth and licensure progression.

The role emphasizes culturally sensitive care, comprehensive treatment planning, and coordination with psychiatrists and other professionals. A supervisory culture and ongoing development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in a related field and active license or eligibility in PA.
• Excellent communication and ethical practice with confidential care.
• Ability to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, staff, and fellow therapists.
