Job summary

New Directions Mental Health, part of Transformations Care Network, is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide outpatient individual and family therapy. You will work with a clinical team to deliver high-quality care while pursuing licensure and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Counseling, or related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation if required.
• Educational background leading to professional licensing.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and ongoing professional development.
• Willingness to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and leadership for career growth.
• Strong emphasis on ethical practice and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
