Columbia Mental Health in Alexandria, VA is seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our collaborative clinical team within Transformations Care Network. You will provide outpatient individual and family therapy, conduct culturally sensitive assessments, and develop safety plans to support clients.

A Master’s degree and licensure (or provisional license) are required, with opportunities for supervision and growth.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation, if required.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and treatment plan completion with insurance forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff for holistic care.
