Columbia Mental Health, a member of Transformations Care Network, seeks licensed therapists to empower clients in Sterling, VA. You will provide outpatient therapy, collaborate with a clinical team, and support licensure goals in a growth-minded environment.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, or related field, with provisional licensure as required. Excellent communication and documentation are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field.
• Provisional license per state regulation (if required).
• Educational background leading to professional licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy based on clients' needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans for clients.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and staff.
