Columbia Mental Health in Gaithersburg, MD seeks Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join a collaborative clinical team within Transformations Care Network. You will provide outpatient therapy, develop safety and wellness plans, and work with a multidisciplinary group to empower clients toward recovery.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCP) in Virginia and/or Maryland or eligible by hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning.
• Ensure timely billing, documentation, and insurance authorizations.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, NPs, dietitians, and other staff.
