Are you an independently licensed therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the reproductive years?
We are a small but growing perinatal behavioral health practice seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our team as a fee-for-service independent contractor.
We are especially interested in welcoming a bilingual clinician who is fluent in both English and Spanish and interested in providing culturally responsive care to Spanish-speaking clients.
Why Join Us?
We believe clinicians do their best work when they have both clinical autonomy and meaningful support. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to determine your clinical availability and build a caseload that works for you while benefiting from the infrastructure and community of an established practice.
This opportunity may be a great fit for a clinician who:
- Wants to specialize or further develop expertise in perinatal mental health.
- Values flexibility and autonomy in their clinical practice.
- Enjoys working with a diverse client population.
- Appreciates collaboration and clinical consultation without unnecessary micromanagement.
- Wants to be part of a growing practice without the administrative responsibilities of building a practice independently.
What You'll Do
As an independent contractor, you will provide psychotherapy to clients experiencing a range of perinatal and reproductive mental health concerns, including but not limited to:
- Pregnancy and postpartum adjustment.
- Perinatal anxiety and depression.
- Birth and reproductive trauma.
- Infertility and reproductive challenges.
- Pregnancy and infant loss.
- Parenting and relationship concerns.
- Life transitions related to pregnancy, childbirth, and parenthood.
Clinical responsibilities include:
- Providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy (couples therapy is a plus but not required).
- Completing biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
- Developing individualized treatment plans.
- Maintaining timely and clinically appropriate documentation.
- Coordinating care with other healthcare providers when appropriate.
- Participating in clinical consultation and collaboration.
- Maintaining compliance with applicable ethical, legal, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
