Clinicians who can create therapeutic rapport and who are collaborative would be the perfect addition to our intimate and growing practice.

We are seeking an experienced mental health provider who specializes in perinatal mood disorders to join our practice. This position is hybrid, and requires in person availability. The clinician will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services to individuals experiencing perinatal mood disorders, fertility concerns, and loss. Additionally, the clinician must be agreeable to work with individuals with general mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression. The clinician should be licensed to practice in Massachusetts.

Job Requirements:

• Provide psychotherapy to clients in Massachusetts
• Develop and implement treatment plans to address mental health issues
• Monitor progress of clients and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Develop and strengthen rapport with clients
• Provide crisis management and mental health education services
• Complete clinical documentation appropriately and in a timely manner
• Maintain all appropriate professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be licensed in Massachusetts upon starting the position
• Master's degree in social work, psychology or closely related field
• Independent license as an LICSW, LMHC, Psychologist preferred, master's level clinician with relevant experience considered
• Must have at least 2 years of clinical experience working with perinatal population
