Building Beyond Therapy Inc. in Washington, DC seeks an independently licensed therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) to join as a fee-for-service independent contractor, focusing on perinatal mental health and pregnancy/postpartum support.

The role offers clinical autonomy with structured support, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to serve bilingual Spanish-speaking clients with culturally responsive care. You will collaborate with a growing specialty team.

Qualifications

• Must hold LCPC or LCSW-C license.
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related behavioral health field.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment-planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage clinical responsibilities.
• Professional liability insurance (if applicable).

Responsabilités

• Provide psychotherapy to perinatal and reproductive mental health clients.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain timely, clinically appropriate documentation.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers as appropriate.
• Participate in clinical consultation and collaboration.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and payer requirements.
