Embark Behavioral Health seeks a licensed or associate-level Mental Health Therapist to work on-site in Washington, UT with adolescents aged 12–17. You will provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy, manage a small caseload, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practices (DBT, TF-CBT, ACT) and family engagement, with a strong focus on discharge planning and continuity of care.

Formación

• CSW/AMFT/ACMHC certifications for associate level.
• LCSW/LMFT/LMHC for full licensure.
• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a small caseload (6 clients) with emphasis on family engagement.
• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapy using trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities.
• Create comprehensive discharge plans with youth and families for continuity of care.
• Maintain clinical compliance with timely documentation and Master Treatment Plan standards.
• Deliver client-centered, culturally competent therapy tailored to adolescents and families.
• Apply DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, and Seeking Safety to support progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and physicians.

Salary:

• Associate/Provisional: $65,000 - 70,000 per year
• Fully Licensed: $70,000 - 80,000 per year

At Sunrise, we blend clinical excellence with heart. Set against the serene backdrop of southern Utah, our campus offers a safe, home-like environment where girls and boys ages 12–17 can heal, grow, and thrive. We specialize in relational, experiential, and evidence-based care that addresses trauma, emotional regulation, and family systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, intentional caseload (6 clients)to ensure deeply personalized, high-quality clinical care with a strong emphasis on family engagement and parent coaching.

• Facilitate Individual, Family, and Group Therapyusing trauma‑informed, evidence‑based, and systemic modalities to drive meaningful and lasting change.

• Create comprehensive discharge plansand review them collaboratively with youth and their families to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain clinical compliancewith timely, accurate documentation and adherence to MTP (Master Treatment Plan) standards.

• Deliver a client‑centered, culturally competent therapeutic experience, tailoring interventions to the unique needs of each adolescent and family system.

• Evidence-Based Practice:Apply proven modalities like DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, Smart Recovery, and Seeking Safety to support client progress.
• Collaborative Approach:Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and physicians for holistic treatment.

Qualifications

• Associate:Certified Social Worker (CSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) & Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC).
• Fully Licensed:Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) & Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences - Social Work (MSW,) Clinical Social Work (CSW,) Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) or a related discipline.
• Preferred- Two years of working experience as a therapist leading individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Preferred- One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
• Ability to pass a state background check.
• Required to haveCAQHprofile established or updated if you have one and obtain an NPI number for credentialing purposes.
